The structure for synchronised swimming can sometimes be a little confusing for new members, so we've tried to pictorially represent how the girls progress from being a new member of E-squad to representing Great Britain! 

 

Remember that each girl will progress at her own rate - surprisingly for a sport - it's not a race !
